Dr. Philip Rose - Chair, Department of Global Business & Asst/Professor of Management

Dr. Rose is currently the Chair of the Department of Global Business at Hannam University, he has over eight years of experience as a business school faculty member, in China, Australia and Korea, teaching courses in, Organisational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, and International Management. He has also consulted in the Australian mining and resources sector. His research interests are broadly focused employee recruitment, selection and retention with Chinese organisations, and more specifically the impact employee proactive dispositions on HRM practices. He has published his research in top tier journals including "Human Resource Management (Wiley) and "The Journal of Vocational Behaviour". In addition he has presented at a number or leading international conferences including the Asia Academy of Management (AAOM), the International Association of Chinese Management Research (IACMR), and The Australian New Zealand Academy of Management (ANZAM).
